I finally received Duke's papers for the AKC registration. I need a formal name for this dog who is afraid of everything. The kids keep coming up with very strange names - i.e. Duke Fane Ball (Nathan), Duke brown/white dog (Mandy). I was thinking along the lines of Master Duke Ball or something like that. OK family - I need some names.

After all the college Duke has always been good at Basketball :)
I'm not sure why a dog even needs a middle name - he is after all a dog!
How about Hyrum Duke Ball. You did say your next son would be a Hyrum. :) This dog sounds like it has as many issues as a person!
